I attended Danetre physio with mobility problems, [name removed] gave me exercises to improve my walking but most importantly he gave me confidence that I was not going to injure myself further by following the plan he prepared for me.

Had opinion 9.12.21 had 1st physio appointment today - 2.4.22. Delay has not helped my recovery.

Very quickly identified my problems and gave me lots of exercises to help, sending by email so I could print them out. Also sent me bands in the post to help with the exercises. Then had regular telephone appointments to check on progress. I thought the telephone and final face to face meetings were right for me.
